• Thursday Night Welcome Reception held in Exhibit Hall - Time to be determined.

• Friday, March 27: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Exhibits Open (2 times allocated to exhibitors)

• Saturday, March 28: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Exhibits Open (2 times allocated to exhibitors)
  • Saturday, March 28: 4:30 PM: Exhibitor Move-out

EXPECTED EXHIBITOR FEE INCLUDES:

• One (1) 6-foot skirted traditional tabletop exhibit space.
• Invitation to the RGVPAS Welcome Reception on Friday night.
• Two (2) complimentary Exhibit Hall passes.
