Registration

• Alumni Saturday & Sunday Attendee – $150.00
  Attend the CME Conference for 2 days only at a reduced rate. Must have code to register as an alumni for this registration rate.
• Attendee - Become a Member for 12 months & Attend (3 days) – $255.00
  Become a fellow member of RGVPAS for one year and attend the conference. No refunds for this event after Sept 15th, 2019. If you register after September 15 this fee will not include the ultrasound workshop on Friday. The ultrasound workshop is sold out. The fee will include 4 hours of workshop on Friday starting at 11 am - 4:30 pm, 8 hours Saturday and 6 hours on Sunday for a total of 18 hours of CME. Suicide lecture on Friday will offer an additional 2 hours from the Institution producing the workshop. They will send that certificate separately after signing their sign in sheets.
• Attendee Friday Only starting at 11 am – $80.00
  No refunds for this event after Sept 15th, 2019.
  This attendee fee does not include the ultrasound workshop. Ultrasound workshop is sold out. This would include the Suicide workshop and the Shoulder care cervical spine workshop only. Suicide lecture will offer an additional 2 hours from the Institution producing the workshop. They will send that certificate separately after signing their sign in sheets. Total hours will be 6 after attending 2 workshops on Friday.
• Attendee Member registration all three days – $200.00
  Later registration for all three days admission to the conference. This fee excludes the ultrasound workshop on Friday. It does include 4 hours of workshops on Friday starting at 11 am and ending at 4:30 pm, 8 hours on Saturday, and 6 hours on Sunday of CME. This is a total of 18 hours. Suicide lecture will offer an additional 2 hours from the Institution producing the workshop. They will send that certificate separately after signing their sign in sheets. Total hours will be 20 if you attend the Suicide lecture and sign their sign in sheets.
• Attendee Non-Member (3 days) – $295.00
  Non member attending all 3 days. This fee excludes the morning ultrasound workshop on Friday. It does include 4 hours of CME on Friday, 8 hours on Saturday and 6 hours on Sunday for a total of 18 hours of CME. Suicide lecture will offer an additional 2 hours from the Institution producing the workshop. They will send that certificate separately after signing their sign in sheets. This will be mailed to you after the conference for a total of 20 hours of CME for this option.
• Attendee PA Student (2 days) – $80.00
  Excludes workshops Friday
• Attendee Pre-PA Student (2 days) Saturday & Sunday only – $100.00
• Attendee Sunday Only – $80.00
  No refunds for this event after November 15th, 2018. 6 hours of CME.
• Member Attendee Friday & Saturday Only – $120.00
  No refunds for this event after November 15th, 2018. This attendee excludes the 9 am ultrasound workshop on Friday. It does include 4 hours of workshops on Friday and the suicide workshop offers CME separately for 2 hours of additional credit for a total of 6 CME hours on Friday. 8 hours of CME on Saturday.
• Member Attendee Saturday & Sunday Only – $160.00
  No refunds for this event after Sept 15th, 2019. Includes 8 hours on Saturday and 6 hours of CME Sunday.
• Military Attendee all 3 days – $190.00
  Must be currently active military
  18 hours of CME starting at 11 am Friday. Does not include the ultrasound workshop at 9 am on Friday. The suicide workshop offers 2 hours of CME separately if you sign their CME sheets onsite for a total of 20 hours of CME.
• Non Member Friday and Saturday – $175.00
  Non member attending all day Friday and Saturday. If you registered after September 15, 2019 this fee does not include the ultrasound workshop on Friday morning. It does include 4 hours of CME Friday starting at 11 am - 4:30 pm, 8 hours on Saturday for a total of 12 hours of CME.
• Non Member Saturday and Sunday – $200.00
  Non Member Saturday and Sunday. No refunds after September 15, 2019. 8 hours of CME on Saturday and 6 hours of CME on Sunday for a total of 14 hours of CME.
• Saturday Only- Attendee – $150.00
  Non member, no refunds after September 15, 2019. Includes 8 hours of CME.
